help with ailing fish

Hello everyone,
I'm dealing with an issue in my 110-gallon tank where I keep my African Cichlids. One of my larger males, about 6 inches in length, has suddenly fallen ill. He's having trouble staying afloat and upright, which is really concerning. I'm hoping someone might have some insight into what could be causing this and if there's anything I can do to help him. I've had to isolate him from the rest of the group because they were attacking him nonstop. If I'm unable to find a solution, I'll have to consider euthanasia.
