Who Gives A Fish Forums

I've got a seahorse issue - this little guy's floating upwards and it's freaking me out. He's swimming with his head down, trying to get lower in the tank, but as soon as he stops flapping, up he goes. He's only about 1 1/2 inches, so sexing him or checking for a pouch is basically impossible. I need some help figuring out what's going on here.
