Frogspawn coral care and advice

I got home from an evening out and found my Frogspawn in trouble - half of it was detached from the skeleton, barely hanging on with a thin thread of tissue. It's in a moderate flow area and I've had the frag for about 3 months now. I've ruled out a fish attack since there were no bite marks. I'm thinking it might be a nutrition issue, but I'm not experienced enough to know for sure. Any help would be great - I'd love to prevent it from happening again.
My tank's parameters are:
S.g 1.024
pH 8.2
Ammonia 0
Nitrite 0
Nitrate 0
Phosphates undetectable
I did a 30% water change right away with Red Sea Salt.
My tank's got:
Blue Spot Goby
Magnificent Foxface
Melanurus Wrasse
Christmas Wrasse
2x Cleaner shrimp
It's a 75 Gallon Tank.
