identifying my cichlid species

Hey everyone, I'm still trying to figure out what type of cichlids I've got. I picked up four from the local fish store, and they said they were all red kadangos, but honestly, I'm not so sure. Two of them seem to match what I've read about red kadangos - one's definitely a male and the other's a female, I think. The other two, though, are way smaller and have some different features. I'm really struggling to get a good photo of them, so I'm hoping someone here can give me a hand. Any help would be great, thanks.

It looks like you've been mis-sold. The two larger ones appear to be Copadichromis borleyi, or Kadango red, but the smaller ones seem to be Pseudotropheus species. I'd recommend taking the Pseudotropheus back to the store and asking for a refund. They're generally less expensive than the borleyi and can be quite aggressive.

Thanks for the info, I really appreciate it. I've had them for a while now and been trying to figure out the exact variety, but I just couldn't quite pin it down. I do know one thing, I'll never be going back to that LFS again. I only got the kadangos in the first place as a replacement for some neon tetras that didn't make it. (My shrimp tank, not with the cichlids)
They're still nice fish though, pretty peaceful and interesting to watch. Always hanging out with the kadangos, seems like they're a pretty good match.
