discussing ornate wrasse

I've got an ornate wrass, some people call it a multi coloured wrass, and I knew he'd be a handful from the start. Just looking for some advice on how to calm him down a bit - was thinking maybe feeding him more often? Has anyone else had experience with these guys?

I've found that a calm environment can do wonders, but let's be real, some fish are just born to be feisty. Ornate wrasses are naturally boisterous, so you might not be able to calm him down completely. As for feeding more often, it's worth a shot, but I'm not sure it'll make a huge difference.

think feeding more often could help, but how many times a day is ideal for an ornate wrass, anyone have experience with this?

do you feed your other fish often, like daily or a few times a week, and do you think the wrasse needs a different feeding schedule or something?
