Is my bicolor angel losing its appetite?

Topic says it all. Just got a small Yellow Tang and a dwarf Bicolor angel, both still pretty shy since they've only been in the tank less than 24 hours. Tang's already munching on the green algae and the frozen Brine with garlic guard - no problems there. Angel, on the other hand, isn't having it - he's picking at the rocks, but I don't think he's actually eating anything stuck to them.
I had no idea these fish were finicky eaters, so I'm gonna grab some angel-specific frozen food tomorrow and see if that does the trick. Should I be worried or is he just still getting used to the tank? Other than not eating, he looks perfectly healthy - when I chill and watch, he swims around, letting the cleaner wrasse and skunk shrimps snack on him while he grazes the rocks.
