Setting up a 30-litre marine aquarium

I'm thinking of converting my GF tank to a marine setup and was looking for some input on what to stock it with. I was thinking maybe a couple of pistol or cleaner shrimp and a shrimp goby, would be a good fit for a small tank like this. I'll also have live rock and some Caulerpa to help with filtration.

I think 6.5 gallons is a bit small for a fish to be honest, it's more suited for inverts like a shrimp and hermit.

I was thinking a small goby or jawfish might work well in a tank this size. It would pair alright with a couple of shrimp.

I'm a bit cautious with stocking choices, to be honest. Jawfish aren't ideal for this tank, in my opinion - they need a deep sandbed, which eats into your water volume, and with the rockwork, you'll lose even more space. Not much water left to play with, if you ask me.

You might be able to get away with a yellow watchman goby, a pistol shrimp and a small CUC consisting of a couple of snails and maybe 1-2 hermits, depending on the species you choose. The goby's not exactly a high-energy fish, it spends most of its time on the sandbed, looking out for the shrimp and waiting for food to come by.
