Just picked up a new Euphyllia frag and wanna make sure I don't mess up the placement. Got a 40-gallon mixed reef with moderate flow, AI Prime lighting. Where do y'all usually stick yours?

I've had mine mid-tank with indirect flow for years. They're pretty chill but don't like getting blasted. What's your PAR at? Mine sits around 150–200, seems happy.

Mine started bleaching when I put it too high. Moved it lower with less light, and it colored right back up. Maybe start low and adjust?

Euphyllia are drama queens, lol. Mine throws a fit if I even look at it wrong. Mid-tank, low flow, and they're golden.

Agreed on the flow. Too much and they'll retract all day. What's your nitrate level? Mine likes it under 10 ppm.

Mine's on the sandbed in a 75-gallon. Low flow zone, but enough to keep detritus off. Lighting's a mix of blues and whites, no issues so far.

Yo, mine's straight vibin' in the corner. Low tech setup, cheap LED, and it's growin' like crazy. Dunno why folks stress so much.

Mine didn't make it. Too much light, I think. Should've listened to the advice here.

Appreciate the tips, everyone. Gonna start mid-tank and keep an eye on it. Nitrates are at 5 ppm, so should be good there.

Solid plan. Let us know how it settles in.
