New growth is always a positive sign. The coral in the picture seems to be in great condition, and I'm excited to see these new additions. I'm no expert, but to me, this appears to be a healthy development - if I'm off the mark, I'm sure someone will chime in and correct me.

Appreciate the feedback, glad to hear they're a good sign. I'll keep monitoring them to see if they develop into tentacles, thanks for the reassurance.

So did they develop into new tentacles? I never closely monitored mine, I'd love to hear an update on yours.

+1 for new tentacles. I've got a torch that does the same thing - when it's loving the current, it's covered in these spots. What's pretty interesting is that when I move it to a spot it's not too fond of, the spots start to disappear. It's like, just let it be - it's clearly happy. I'll admit, it freaked me out at first too.
