keeping chromis and mandarins together

I recently got two gkento4t green chromis and they ate fine on the first day, but since then, they've been super skittish and won't touch any food. I've tried a bunch of stuff - flakes, pellets, zooplankton, shredded silversides, scallop, raw shrimp, mysis shrimp, and baby brine shrimp. Nothing's working. They were acclimated for 1 1/2 hours, so I doubt it's shock.
My new mandarin's being picky too, won't eat mysis shrimp or baby brine shrimp. I acclimated him the same way, 1 1/2 hours. Guess I'll have to order copepods, though I have seen him picking at the LR.
Also, can I supplement my blue linckia star fish with nori? It seems to love nori, but spits out the mysis shrimp.
Water params are:
ammonia: 0 mg/L
nitrite: 0 mg/L
nitrate: 10 mg/L
Just set up my RO unit today, was using dechlorinated tap water before, now switching to RO water. Any ideas why they're not eating?
