Is excessive water flow harming my frogspawn coral?

Just a thought, is this flow overkill? Don't wanna sound like a total newbie, but $95 is a pretty penny and I wanna make sure I'm doin' what's best for this guy. Thanks for the support, Reef Central. Video link is below:

Not too much flow in my opinion, it's pretty steady. I mean, 95 bucks, I just wanna keep my reef happy and thriving, you know?

I'd agree, doesn't seem excessive to me, possibly even a tad low. The frogspawn appears fine, so no need to adjust. That being said, you will likely require more flow once you start keeping sps.

looks like the perfect amount to me. I personally wouldn't add more than that. had great growth with frogspawn in low flow areas, seems to work well for them.

Looks good to me, low flow's worked wonders for my frogspawn too, had some great growth.
