A suitable betta tank has pump flow issues.

I've got a tank with a built-in filtration system - this one to be exact: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B06X958X7Z/?tag=ff0d01-20. It's meant for saltwater, but I'm using it for freshwater, which the manufacturer says is okay. The issue I'm having is with the pump that comes with it - it's too strong for my Betta fish. The pump is this one: https://intankaquatics.com/coflakeife-s ... ment-pump/.
It's got specs listed if you want to take a look. I'm looking for a pump with a weaker current that my Betta can handle. I did find a different version of the pump I have, which might be less strong - it's this one: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00EKNP2A6/?tag=ff0d01-20. It's for a different model, but I think it should work. If anyone knows of a better pump, I'd appreciate some suggestions.
