Is my cichlid too small

I had a sunnygold cichlid with pretty bad fin rot, so I moved her to my 10-gallon tank and treated her. She's healed really well since then and has become super friendly with me - this tank is right beside my bed and she loves resting near it. The thing is, I'm a bit worried about putting her back with the others because she seems so happy on her own in the 10-gallon tank. The other sunnygolds I have are way bigger, like 2-3 times bigger, but I got them all at the same time. I'm thinking, if she's happy, is it really bad to keep her there until she grows a bit more?

I was also thinking of adding more sunnygolds to the tank, and if they're smaller, maybe I could put her with them then. Also, fluxx, she's really small, and I say 'she' because she's tiny and hardly has any black on her fins.

I'm worried that keeping her in the 10 gallon tank might stunt her growth, how often and how much water do you change in your tanks, I want to make sure I'm doing enough for her.

She's only been in the small tank for about a week, I think. If she's happy, I'd leave her alone for now and focus on feeding her up - it's worth a shot. Reintroducing her to the established tank could be a challenge, especially since all the other fish have already staked their claim. It's a bit easier with females, but when you do decide to put her back, it might be a good idea to rearrange the rockwork first.
