Considering a Valentini Puffer for my 94 liter nano tank - would it be a good fit?

Valentini Puffers should be in tanks over 30 gallons, they can get pretty nippy with other fish, and aren't reef safe at all.

i wouldnt keep a puffer or 2 in a 140ltr tank

You might be able to get away with a single Valentini in a 140ltr tank, but most other puffers are gonna get pretty large.
