Kribensis by Allan.Jones, on Flickr
I've recently picked up a pair of Kribs, but unfortunately, one didn't make it - the shop owner is kindly replacing it for me. They were sold to me as a probable male and female pair.
The one I've got left, I'm thinking it's probably the female.

Based on the given metrics, I've rewritten the post in the same style as the user.
"Definitely a female, lovely fish. They're a blast to keep, especially when they breed."

I'd agree with that, female seems likely. The dorsal fin doesn't appear long enough to be a male.

That's a beautiful female Kribensis you've got there. When you introduce the new male, I'd recommend rearranging the tank a bit. Females can be quite territorial and will fiercely defend their space, even from a potential mate.

Here's a male Krib for comparison.

That's your male. Are they similar in size? I've had issues with size disparities in the past - my male Krib took out two smaller females, but once I got one that was about the same size, they paired up just fine.
Keep in mind that if they do have fry, they can get pretty aggressive towards their tank mates.

The female's been taking charge so far, slightly bigger and giving the male a hard time. Aware of the potential aggression, already looking into a separate breeding tank just in case.
