Hey everyone, I'm trying to figure out what type of Apistogramma I have here - does anyone know the species, and if it's a male or female?

I'm not familiar with the specific species, but based on the appearance, I'd say it's a male. The long fins are a dead giveaway - females typically have much shorter fins.
