I'm planning to move my 60-litre tank to a new stand, and I'm a bit concerned about the logistics. The tank is heavily aquascaped and planted, so I'm not sure how to approach this. I was thinking of draining the water as low as possible, then lifting the tank onto the new stand. However, I'm worried that the weight of the hardscape could put too much pressure on the glass.

If I do end up having to take out all the hardscape before moving the tank, it's going to be a real pain to reassemble everything afterwards.

If I'm being honest, I wouldn't take the risk - when you've got doubts, it's generally a sign that you should play it safe. It's going to be a hassle, I know, but I think it's better to set aside some time and do it properly.

I'm not entirely sure without a visual of your tank to gauge the extent of your hardscape. That being said, assuming a standard 60L tank size, you're probably looking at a relatively short tank, roughly 60cm in length and 30cm in width. In my experience, I've found it manageable to leave sand, small rocks, and driftwood in place for a tank of this size, but to be on the safe side, it's always best to remove any heavy decorations to avoid putting undue pressure on the glass.
