care and feeding of the orange spotted sleeper goby

Hey everyone, just caught my goby and put him in a bucket - my QT is still in the middle of cycling. He's got a few white spots on his fins and I can see his slime coat peeling off, pretty concerning. I noticed this when he swam up to the surface, looked like he was trying to find a way out.

The rest of the gang - 2 clowns, firtideflow goby, and sailfin tang - all seem fine, eating well. My tank's a 65g, well-filtered, good water movement. Water params are: Ph-8.3, Ammonia-0, Nitrite 0, Nitrate 10-20.

Thanks in advance for any help!

Set up a hospital tank, stat - doesn't matter what it is, just needs a lid, heater, and powerhead. Get yourself a decent white spot treatment and start it ASAP. What's with the QT cycling, it's meant to be a bare setup, not a full-on tank.

it's over, he didn't make it

i'm still trying to figure out what went wrong - my other fish seem fine, but my goby was hiding a lot under the rocks and then suddenly he just got sick out of nowhere
