setting up a cichlid aquarium

Hey everyone, just added four cichlids to my tank and I'm stumped - anyone know what species they are?
Tank's been cycled, it's 2L x 1W x 1.5H. Thinking of adding more cichlids, would that be okay?

You'll need a lot more hiding spots or the aggression will get pretty bad, trust me on this one.

Dyed fish are a real pain to ID. Severums are a possibility, but that shape is pretty generic for cichlids.

Could you get a closer pic of them?

They've got that Malawi vibe going on, but to be honest, it's tricky with the dye job they've got.

They appear to be dyed convicts, I think. Adding more cichlids to that tank is a bad idea, it's already going to be a squeeze for the ones you've got once they've grown a bit.

I'm inclined to agree, convicts seem like a strong possibility, especially considering the coloring.

Are they at their max size or will they still grow a bit more?

One of them, the green one, keeps chasing the others and I'm a bit concerned. The other three are always hiding behind the filter - is this normal behavior or should I intervene?
