clownfish reaction to possible lionfish sting

hey all,

ive had my GIANT CLOWNS AND LION FISH for about a month now and i noticed a few days after the video was taken that my clown developed a wound on the underside of his mouth, kinda like an ulcer. he cant close his mouth unless hes eating, which is pretty weird. at first the wound was small, then it turned into a pit-like ulcer with this small black hair-like thing hanging from it, and now its one small ulcer and two smaller ones near it. i'm wondering if this could be from a lionfish bite? the clown still eats well and gets around, but hes not as energetic as the other one, which is always digging holes. this one just kinda hangs out. has anyone seen this before or know what happens when a fish bites a lionfish? could the mouth being open all the time be from a barb stuck in his mouth?

cheers and thanks for any help,

btw theres no aggression between the fish, except my cleaner wrasse is kinda annoying my goat fish. the wrasse is biting the goat fish's tail, we think. if the wrasse eats the whole tail off, the goat fish should be ok, right? i've got another tank cycling to move the wrasse into. the goat fish is huge and always eating, way bigger than the clowns.
