Considering getting a pair of percula clowns for my new 30g tank and I'm curious about some easy-to-care-for, colorful anemones that'd be a good fit for them?

I feel terrible nobody's responded to rider7's question yet.

Honestly, the marine side's always been pretty quiet, but that's just how it is, I guess.

Anemones aren't necessary for clownfish, and they often meet an untimely demise, even under the care of seasoned aquarists. I recall a study that looked into the average lifespan of anemones in aquariums, and the findings were quite telling - in the most experienced hands, the average lifespan was a mere 14 months. For newcomers to the hobby, it's often a matter of weeks. When they do eventually pass on, they release a plethora of pollutants into the water, essentially creating a biological time bomb.
