Who Gives A Fish Forums

I'm using Seachem's Lake Flourish in my x-change water for my tang setup, anyone else got an alternative they swear by? I also add Epsom salts and soda bicarb to the mix, so I'm wondering if commercial lake salts are even necessary at this point?
