advice on feeding small juvenile silver dollar fish

as a plant-based aquarist, I've been on the hunt for a food that's more veggie-rich than fish-based in its ingredients, and comes in a smaller pellet size - think about the size of a US Quarter, roughly 1". I'm currently raising Tilapia, which are naturally vegetarian, and I've got some leftover Purina 300 from their early growth stage... I'm wondering if it'd be a good fit for my Silver Dollars too?
so far, I'm not finding an actual ingredient list, just the claim that it's "100% nutritionally complete for starting fish and early growth phases for both carnivorous and omnivorous species" - the Purina AquaMax Fingerling Starter 300 is a sinking product in a 1/16" extruded pellet.
