A texas green plant is struggling.

I've been noticing my large Texas green cichlid acting really off lately - it's been hiding out in the back plants and caves instead of playing with my dog or having those epic staring contests with me. A couple of days ago, I saw these weird fever blister-like spots on its lips and I'm seriously worried, I mean I'm really scared its mouth might fall off or something. My tank's parameters are all good, though, and my other fish seem fine - my 2 corydoras, 5 little peacocks, 2 yellow labs, 2 acei youngsters, 3 adult peacocks (one of which was born with one eye but it's a beautiful creamsicle color and the other fish don't seem to care), my med-large green terror cichlid, and of course my Texas green. Plus, my 3 crawdads, freshwater eel, and moss ball all seem to be doing well.
