Who Gives A Fish Forums

I'm trying to figure out what type of cichlid I've got here. It was labeled as a "juvenile African Cichlid" when I bought it. The fish is about an inch and a half in length. Can anyone help me identify the species?

I'm thinking Frontosa, maybe - there's a hint of banding on the flanks, which seems about right for a young one.

Appears to be a young Tropheus, specifically a Tropheus bushboy. I've always found it a shame they lose those striking spots as they mature.

+1 Yeah I'm pretty sure that's a Juvi Tropheus bushboy, would be awesome if they kept those spots as adults
