Solid plan. Keep us posted on how it goes. Oh, and if you're using frozen food, rinse it first. That brine shrimp juice is pure nitrate fuel.

One last thing—check your test kit's expiration date. Old reagents can give false highs. Happened to me once, freaked out over nothing.
