Could be a mix of things. How's the pH? Stable parameters are crucial. I've seen fry get eaten when the pH swings even slightly. Also, what's your substrate? Bare-bottom is safest, but if you've got gravel, it might be trapping food and stressing the parents. Just a thought.

Man, Discus are finicky. My pair ate their first three spawns before they finally got it right. Maybe give 'em time. If you're desperate, you could pull the fry and raise 'em yourself, but it's a lot of work. Good luck!
