Yep, Prime's a lifesaver. Also, skip feeding for a day or two. Less waste means cleaner water while they heal.

I'd also dim the lights a bit. Less stress, faster healing. Hope your fish feels better soon.

Seconding the hospital tank idea. Main tank treatments can nuke your beneficial bacteria. Learned that the hard way.

My betta got better with just salt and heat. Didn't even need meds. Good luck!
