Dwarf Sagittaria is another good one. Spreads like a carpet and gouramis don't bother it. Works well in low to medium light.

My gouramis dig the Java Moss. I tied it to driftwood and they're always pecking at it. Plus, it's impossible to kill.

Thanks for all the suggestions! Gonna start with Anubias and Frogbit and see how it goes.

Solid combo. Let us know how it works out. If the Frogbit takes over, just thin it out weekly.

Don't forget to check your water flow. Floating plants hate strong currents. If your filter's too powerful, baffle it or they'll just get pushed around.
