Plant weights are a temporary measure at best. For Anubias, attaching to hardscape is the most effective method. Ensure the rhizome isn't buried, as this can lead to rot. What's your tank's temperature? Cooler water can slow root development.

Thanks for the advice, everyone. I'll try the glue method and see how it goes. My flow is moderate, and the tank stays around 76°F. Appreciate the help!
