Do you think I should pull the lm blenny out before rearranging, or just do it with him still in the tank?

It's unlikely the lawnmower blenny will bother a plankton-eating fish like the jawfish, given their different ecological niches. That being said, there's always some uncertainty in these situations.

I'd also suggest considering the addition of a GFO or a refugium to help maintain optimal water parameters. However, it's not strictly necessary if you're already on top of your tank's maintenance.

I'm not familiar with GFO, is it something I should be adding to my tank to help with water quality?

GFO, short for Granular Ferric Oxide, is basically a phosphate binder. It's all made in the same factory in Germany, so whether you call it Phosban or Rowaphos, it's all the same stuff. If you can find a bulk supplier like bulkreefsupply.com, you can use it to help keep phosphate levels in check.

I wouldn't recommend adding those two fish to your tank, seems like a bit too much for a 29g.
