I was in the same boat, dude. Started dosing once a week, but my plants were still lookin' sketchy. Turns out my filter was too strong, messin' with the flow. Maybe check your water movement too?

I dose Flourish once a week in my 40 gallon, and my plants are doing fine. It's all about balance. Too much of anything can throw things off.

I've been dosing twice a week in my high tech tank, but I'm also running CO2. If you're not, I'd stick to once a week like everyone else is saying.

If they're healthy, don't fix what ain't broke. Slow growth is better than algae blooms.

Also, make sure you're shaking the bottle well before dosing. The nutrients can settle, and you might not be getting the full benefit.
