Thanks for the advice, I've set up an airstone in the quarantine tank, it only had a protein skimmer in the main tank, seems to have made a difference.

The fish is looking better, colours are more vibrant, not gasping as much and swimming around, eating more now. Note the other clown never had breathing issues in the quarantine tank.

Been using protizene for three days, done a half tank water change, now I'm going to stop the meds for a few days and see how the fish does.

I'm pleased to report that the clown is still doing great, I actually put it back into the main tank seven days ago and it's still looking well and happy. Once again, thanks for all the help, it's much appreciated.
