I've taken a closer look and I'm pretty convinced it's an Amblygobius Stethophthalmus, just like buzzbee mentioned. Yeah, I'd agree it's the latter too... such a lovely little guy, always on the go, sifting through the sand bed for food. When he's not doing that, he's nipping at the hairs on my arm if I'm near the tank, lol.
