Duckweed management

Nuke it. Seriously, if you don't want it, remove every bit you can see and quarantine any new plants. It's the only way to be sure.

I've had luck with reducing the light and adding a bit more flow at the surface. Duckweed doesn't like too much movement, so it tends to clump up where it's calmer. Easier to scoop out that way.

Thanks for all the suggestions. Gonna try skimming daily and maybe add some Frogbit to compete with it. Appreciate the help!
