Consistency beats perfection. My tank fluctuates between 20–30 ppm due to work schedule, but the Discus are thriving. Key is avoiding ammonia/nitrite spikes. I use Seachem Prime and a drip system for top-offs.

Same here! Added a bunch of anubias and cranked the bubbles. Nitrates dropped, and the fish are way more active. Also, cut feeding to twice daily—helped a ton.

Thanks for the input, everyone. Gonna try adding more plants and bumping water changes to twice weekly. Appreciate the tips!
