Thanks for the advice, everyone. I'll try PraziPro and cut back on feeding for a bit. Water changes are weekly, about 25%. Substrate is sand, by the way.

Garlic guard is legit. My fish go nuts for it. Might make the meds easier to get down too.

One more thing—how's the flow in your tank? High flow can sometimes stress Mollies, making them more prone to issues. Just a thought.
