Another budget tip, use egg crate for frag racks instead of buying acrylic ones. Way cheaper and just as functional. Got mine at Home Depot for under $10.

True that. Also, hit up garage sales for old tanks to use as sumps. My buddy scored a 20-gallon for $5. Just gotta clean it real good.

Seconded. I even use zip ties to make custom shapes. Works like a charm for my Acans.

Don't forget about feeding. Frozen mysis is cheap and corals love it. Thaw a cube, rinse it, and target feed with a turkey baster. Way better than expensive pellets.

Got it, no iodine then. My nitrates are around 10 ppm. Is that too high? I do water changes every two weeks.

10 ppm's fine for most LPS and softies. If you're not seeing algae outbreaks, you're golden. Just keep it consistent.
