Can levisamole treatment fully eliminate camallanus worms from guppies?

We didn't have any tinned peas left, but veggies like lettuce did the trick. I've heard peas are great for constipated fish, had some success with them in the past. The good news is the parasites are all gone, and the guppy's just had a few babies.
