We've been down this road before, multiple times, yet it seems the message still isn't getting through. Inappropriate stocking has been discussed at length in the past, but it appears the warnings have fallen on deaf ears.

Honestly, I'm going to give it to you straight, buddyo - I wouldn't risk it. That tank is overstocked as it is, and throwing in a month with no water changes? The chances of your fish making it through are extremely low.
