To be honest, I think the toadstool will outgrow your tank, but you can always frag it when that happens. As for the xenia, it's a bit of a gamble - it'll either thrive and need regular pruning, or it just won't grow much at all. If I were you, I'd still give both a try once your tank is stable.

If you're not planning on keeping any corals, your current lighting setup might be sufficient. However, I'd be surprised if you resist the temptation of adding some soft corals once you see them at your LFS.
