A research study on forum participation and engagement

I'd consider participating in the survey, but I'm hesitant since it's not hosted directly on the University of Washington's website. The link provided is a third-party site, and I'm not comfortable with that. I don't know what the link actually leads to, despite the text claiming it's the survey.

It's just a Google docs based site, a free-to-use platform for making polls and questionnaires. I'm sure it's nothing to worry about - it's just an easy way for the researchers to create and share the survey.
