Glad that's settled, I was worried for a sec.
DawnyG would be the one to give the lowdown on these stunning creatures, but I'll do my best.
Honestly, I think it's a no-go for your current tank. They're predators that feed on small fish and inverts, and some fish, like angelfish, might even harass them.
If you can get your hands on Reef Fishes Vol. 1 by Scott W. Michael, it's got tons of info on them.
Find out the exact species of the one at your LFS and I'll look it up for you, happy to help.

I'm going to take a punt here and say the one you're looking at is probably the Antennarius Picclytus, or the painted frogfish. According to the book, they can grow up to 9.4 inches. When it comes to keeping them, it seems they're pretty easy-going and spend most of their time out in the open. It's also mentioned that you can keep more than one, but they can get a bit aggressive with each other. One thing to note is that they don't like strong currents, so that's something to consider. From what I've read, they seem to do better on their own in smaller tanks, like 20 gallons. To be honest, I've never had any experience with these fish myself, so all of this is just based on what I've read in the Reef Fishes book.
