I'm assuming you have the pleco identified as one which will want to eat zucchini.

Secure a chunk of raw zucchini to a rock or broken flower pot with a rubber band, then drop it in the tank. The plecos will eat a surprising amount of it. Replace the zucchini after 24 hours for optimal feeding.
