I've got hornwart in my betta tank and it's been a breeze to grow, really low maintenance.

I've got a bit of a dilemma on my hands. I picked up 7 Dwarf Neon Rainbows a couple of days ago (11th Jan, to be exact), and they're tiny - about 2cm each, with some looking really underfed from the store. I'm stumped - my female betta's fins are getting nipped.

She's in a planted tank with no sharp objects, so I'm ruling that out. Her tankmates are:
