Re: seeking guidance on stocking options

4.5 gallons is a bit tight for most fish, if you ask me. A firtideflow or some barnacle blennies could work out, though.

Re: Troubleshooting my scoly

What kind of lighting do Scolys require, are they low light tolerant or is there a specific range they thrive in?

Re: Troubleshooting my scoly

I've been trying to feed it, actually gave it some shrimp pellets recently, but those shrimps just swarm it. I'm pretty sure it got some, though. Haven't really seen the tentacles out in a while. Troubleshooting my scoly

I'm getting worried about my scoly - the skeleton is starting to show.
My parameters are all good - 11.4 CA, 389 mg, and 1500 alkalinity. The only issue I can think of is my salinity, which is a bit high at 1.0028. I'm pretty sure it spiked when I bumped up my Mg levels a month ago to deal with ...

Re: How to replant pearlweed successfully

Attach the pearl weed to a rock using a suitable adhesive, then place the rock in the substrate. This way, the plant will stay in place until its roots are established.
