Good call. If the leaves are healthy, it's probably just the flow. You can stuff some sponge in the output to calm it down. Also, Frogbit hates getting wet on top—if water splashes onto the leaves, they'll rot. Keep an eye on that.

Sounds like your Frogbit might be getting too much flow. What kind of filter are you running? If it's a HOB or canister, the surface agitation could be messing with the roots. Frogbit likes calm water, so maybe baffle the output or switch to a sponge filter. Also, check if the leaves are melting ...
