Frogbit's roots are great for fry cover, but it does block light. If you're cool with that, it's a solid pick.

Vallisneria is another solid choice. It grows like crazy in my hard water setup, even with minimal ferts. Just make sure you've got enough root tabs if you're using sand. Mine sends out runners constantly.

Birdsnest corals thriving in rubbermaid containers

I'm stumped - I think I introduced ich to my DT via an un-quarantined coral or invert, so I broke the tank down to catch the fish and give it a good cleaning. Now my rocks, corals, and inverts are hanging out in rubbermaids.

can someone identify this fish species?

I'm trying to identify a fish I came across while filming on the reef in Rarotonga, Cook Islands.
