I've had my betta for about six months now, and he's living his best life in a 5-gal tank with a black nerite snail as his only roommate. Ever since the big move from his old 10-gal tank, he's turned into the laziest betta I've ever seen. He's found this one spot that's basically his happy place ...

I've got an issue here that's got me stumped.
Anubias leaves are yellowing and have holes - that's a new one for me.
I'm thinking maybe it's a nutrient thing, like Fe or potassium.
Anyone have a clue what's going on? Much appreciated.

I'd say too much fertilizer is the likely culprit here. You mentioned using root tabs for the hygro stems, and I think that might be overdoing it, especially since the other plants seem fine without any extra fertilizer.
