I think you'll need to cut off the bad parts before they spread and cause more damage.

alright, cool, that makes sense. I'll def do that, been buying from the same place since day one, so they know me pretty well. Hopefully they'll hook me up with a deal or something.

I'm actually in the right section now. I've got 10 pounds of rock, it's decent but I could probably do with more - it was just so pricey.

breeding clown fish successfully

I've just set up my 30 Gallon Tank with live rocks and some great sand. Now I'm looking to breed Clownfish. Got any advice on how to make this happen?

I put both of them in the tank together from the get-go, they were already paired up when I bought them so I figured why break 'em up, right? Thought for sure they'd make a good match and maybe even mate, but doesn't look like that's gonna happen.

I also got an anemone last week, but my clowns still aren't hosting. I'm a bit surprised, I thought they'd be all over it by now.

Aggressive clown fish behavior

So I've been doing some reading and from what I gather, this is pretty standard behavior... I've got a bigger clownfish that's picking on the smaller one, which I'm assuming is a sign it's trying to change it into a female, so they can be a pair. Just want to make sure this is a good sign, not a bad ...

I'd agree, doesn't seem excessive to me, possibly even a tad low. The frogspawn appears fine, so no need to adjust. That being said, you will likely require more flow once you start keeping sps.

looks like goniopora to me, mine do really well with some flow and decent lighting

That makes sense, Kick-Ich seems like a good preventative measure to have on hand, in case ich decides to make a comeback.
